Keep Beautiful during Pregnancy

For some people, being pregnant means performance problem. It is undeniable that changes in body shape due to an increasingly enlarged tummy, emotional changes during pregnancy and other complaints during pregnancy makes most pregnant women started not to care about their appearance. Meanwhile, pregnancy will bring out "the real sexy" of a woman since she will deliver baby to her family.

The following tips is to keep you look beautiful and sexy during pregnancy:

Choosing of clothing & accessories:
Choose clothing that easily absorbs sweat, like cotton, because during pregnancy will increase sweat production.

Select maternity clothes which are up to date. Now it is very easy to find maternity boutiques with an affordable price. Do not hesitate to buy them.

Choose clothes with simple models in order to stay comfortable.

Use maternity pants.

Avoid wearing high-heel or wedges shoes, to avoid varicose veins or sprained while walking.


Body treatments:
Take care of cleanliness of your skin and body with a fixed shower at least two times a day.

When you use skin care creams, consult your dermatologist or beautician to make sure the products you use safe for your pregnancy.

Hair Care at the salon like cream bath can still be done, but avoid painting the hair.

Consumption of nutritious foods, fresh fruits, milk and supplements for pregnant women. Ensure that you consume sufficient nutrition during pregnancy

Stretching the skin caused by an enlarged abdomen can also cause itching or brownish streaks. Special cream or baby oil can indeed help reduce them, but many strokes also depends on whether or not 'innate' each others bodies.

Do light exercise specifically for pregnant women, you can also attend prenatal yoga classes and pregnancy exercise.
